Links

I started this process many years ago. As I put the site up, I decided to check out what the World Wide Web had to offer. Libraries are great, but this would have happened sooner if I had taken advantage of my web access. Here's some sites that I found recently, if you know of one send me an email.

USS Savannah- Read the same stories from another sailor on another ship! Great site.

Battleships, etc… Follow the cruiser links, learn about the machinery that carried these sailors.

United States Naval and Shipbuilding Museum Online- More info on these ships, look for CL-40!

The World War II Oral History Web Site- Oral histories from Army veterans.

Dad's War- While I didn't use this resource, if you have a story, this is an excellent start.

In Memory of World War II- This site is dedicated to the brave soldiers who fought in World War II.
